When you walk in you can start to feel the sand under your feet with the real plants that you would find on an Island. the service was nice and helpful. the food was the best chain food ever. the tower or onion rings and coconut shrimp where great. i have the chicken Santiago it was amazing and my wife had the tuna salad. we both agreed that for the price and service, this is a great spot to have a nice but not to nice meal once a month!

Although there was a "wait" time at the because of the amount of hungry customers(which happened to be on a Saturday)at the Louisville-Blairwood Road site , I found that, once seated, the service and the meal were above average. Our server, Mary Anne, explained the overwhelming situations of all aspects of our visit and did her best to compensate by constantly checking with our table for refills , making sure the food we ordered were compete and satisfying. and notifying the manager of any problems about their order, who then consequently adjusted our customer ticket for us. I now know that "Bob Evans" tries their best to keep the customers happy and satisfied with their experience and meals at their restaurant and I greatly appreciate the attention our server and her manager constantly checked to see if all was well with our party. Our family will definitely return here the next time were in Louisville.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!! We're from southern Indiana and had family visiting from Idaho and we were going to be in the area...they wanted a good Italian place to eat, so I found this one on the internet. We were there at an off time, about 3 in the afternoon, so it wasnt busy at all. Our food was excellent! Hot and freshly prepared!! Our waiter was very nice and on top of what we needed, but didnt constantly bother us. It was priced fairly for the amount of food you get. Its a family style restaurant, so all of our portions were huge because we all decided to get our own things. We have all decided that it will be a place that we will continue to return to!! Its a must for great Italian food!!

Definitely one of the best Mexican restaurants in Louisville. If you love fajitas you have to try theirs, especially the ones with chicken, steak, shrimp, and chorizo. Eat their at least 2 a month.
